He previously founded and served as a managing partner at Dasoma Capital Management and held senior positions at Kensico Capital and Leucadia/Jefferies. Boris earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston University.
Ryan Smith, Co-Founder, President, and COO, has over 25 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, and business management, with a history of leadership roles at JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch.
Mark Shilshtut, CTO, has over 20 years of technology experience, successfully helping launch several tech and fintech firms. He was a technical co-founder and Engineering Director at Vestwell, and Principal Software Engineer at Socure and SecurityScorecard, Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Bear Stearns.
